It's important to note that a return shipping fee of $30 applies to returns from outside the EU, and this fee will be subtracted from your refund. The 30-day return period begins on the day your order is delivered or picked up.

To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

• Items must be in their original, undamaged condition without any signs of wear.
• Items sent back via mail must be accompanied by all the original packaging, including tags, the box, and the pouch.

Please be aware that the following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom orders

Indicated shipping timeline is an approximate number of days an order takes to deliver from the ship date indicated at checkout, and does not include weekends, holidays, and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). If your order consists of in-stock, shipping later, and/or made-to-order pieces, the dispatch date may change.

Products shipped from the EU are expected to arrive within 3-5 business days. However, items dispatched from Armenia may take approximately 20 business days to reach you, as they are custom-made before being sent out for delivery.

This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment and keep you informed about the status and location of your order in real-time. Most of our items are created using 14k solid gold jewelry. As 14k solid gold jewelry does not rust or discolor, you can wear your favorite pieces anywhere.

When you place an order, we craft the piece specifically for you, which may take a bit longer to process. Be sure to check the expected shipping date on the product page so you can plan accordingly. While we do keep some stock, we don’t carry every piece in every size to avoid overproduction and maintain ethical practices.
